Jennifer is a bilingual Paralegal with a background in litigation in general and more specifically in both Criminal and Construction Defect Law. She has an extensive working knowledge of the litigation process from discovery to trial phase. She is also experienced in complex case preparations, legal research and both defense and plaintiff litigation.
Jennifer was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and moved in 1995 to Arizona where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Pre-Law from Arizona State University. Born to Guatemalan parents, Jennifer’s Latin American background and bilingual capabilities enhance Aguilera International Counsel’s ability to effectively assist clients with cross-border projects.
Prior to joining Aguilera International Counsel, Jennifer worked for the Law Offices of John Chaix. Prior to that, she worked at the law firm of Bustamante & Kufner, P.C. in Phoenix, Arizona.
